• Items must be returned with all original packaging, certificates, and accessories.
• Customised, sourced, or special-order items are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
• We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is necessary.

3. Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with your consumer rights.
