3. Condition of Goods

Unless otherwise stated, our watches and jewellery are pre-owned and may show light signs of wear consistent with age. Each product listing includes a detailed description and condition report where applicable.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Orders are only confirmed once payment has cleared and a confirmation email has been sent.

5. Payments

6. Delivery

We offer insured and tracked delivery on all items. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on your location and item type. Full delivery details are provided at checkout.

7. Part Exchange & Sourcing

We offer part exchange and watch sourcing services. Quotes for part exchange are subject to inspection and market conditions. Sourced items are not eligible for refund unless faulty.

8. Aftercare & Servicing

Selected items may come with a warranty, which will be clearly stated in the product description. We also offer in-house servicing, repairs, and valuations. Please contact us to book an appointment.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using this site, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
